re999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and re999 ("re999", "We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the re999 website located at re999.ws and all related services, games, promotions, and features available through the platform.

By accessing re999.ws, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Each player may hold only one active account on re999. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which becomes your login username, and a password of your choice. re999 will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered number via SMS to verify your identity at registration and at other security checkpoints.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your mobile number and password.
• You must notify re999 support immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• re999 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• re999 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts at any time. Any winnings generated on a duplicate account may be voided and the associated funds forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal request is processed. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. re999 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at its discretion.

re999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. re999 may set a maximum deposit limit at its discretion and will communicate any such limit clearly within the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used to make the deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is passed.

re999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification. re999 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual offer terms.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as cash bonuses unless the individual offer terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings are converted to bonus balance and are subject to rollover before withdrawal.

• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary break from re999 for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits, bets, or bonus claims may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling on re999 entirely may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and cannot be lifted before that period ends.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on re999. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Creating more than one account on re999, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or device identifiers.

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid detection.

re999 employs a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. If re999 has reasonable grounds to believe a breach has occurred, it may suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice and without liability for any resulting inability to access funds during the investigation period.

All content on re999.ws — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of re999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of re999.

The re999 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of re999. You may not use any re999 trademark, trade name, or branding in any manner without the prior written approval of re999. Any unauthorised use of re999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, re999 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Any loss or corruption of data, account information, or transaction records arising from technical failures, network outages, or cyber incidents outside re999's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on the platform, even if re999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

re999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using re999 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. re999 does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

re999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, re999 will post the updated Terms on re999.ws with a revised effective date. Where re999 has your contact information, re999 may also notify you of significant changes via SMS to your registered mobile number.

Your continued use of re999 after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining eligible balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of re999 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact re999 customer support at [email protected] and allow re999 a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. re999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.
